The main report for the project should be according to the following chapter structure, which is mentioned below. This will ensure that your project report is well-organized, comprehensive, and as per college/university guidelines.
Executive Summary/Abstract:
This section consists of a concise, self-contained summary (approximately 250 words) that provides an overview of the project report, highlighting 3 main points- Objectives of the Study, Key Research Findings & Conclusions and Recommendations
Introduction:
The introduction chapter is the most important section, which sets the initial stage for the entire project. It starts by including background information about the problem being investigated, which indicates the importance of the case study.
Here the students must explain the significance of the problem and mention the mission of the research. Also, you have to define the scope of the study by outlining the important aspects and research limitations.
Additionally, the intro parts should desribe the potential contribution your case study make to the respective field or organization by mentioneing the impact it can make on it.
Literature Review:
In the section of MBA project, the students must conduct a literature review to provide a detailed examination of previous work.
Research Methodology:
The methodology chapter includes a detailed explanation about how you conducted the research. Each step should be included whihc you have followed during the project preparation along with methods used for compiling and analyzing data.
If you study involves samppling, you have to explain the basis for your sampling methodm including data-sers like: how the participants are selected along with sample size. Additionally the sources of data must be stated and describe the methods of data collection like example surveys, interviews, etc.
Data Analysis and Interpretation:
In this chapter, the students have to present the collected data and analyze it in detail. Every aspect of your research must be represented with specific set of data. You have to interpret the data logically and build an argument to support the prepared research paper. Here you must critically discuss all your findings by providing insights and drawing connections to the theoretical concepts.

Conclusions and Recommendations:
This is the final chapter which should summarize the key findings of your study and must align with the objectives which are mentioned in the introduction part. The students must ensure that the conclusions should directly address the problems/questions indicated in the research paper. Also provide recommendations based on your findings and must be practical & actionable.
Bibliography:
The bibliography section is a compilation of all the sources you have consulted during the preparation of final report. This will includes books, websites, research articles, old project reports, and any other published work. It is crucial to format this list according to the APA 7 style, ensuring consistency and accuracy in citation.
